Websites and business automation

Less pressure.
Better systems.

We fix the digital and operational work that keeps landing back on you—so your business can move without everything depending on your attention.

The business should not need you in every loop.

Owners, CEOs and managers should not spend the day chasing updates, remembering handoffs and holding every moving part together.

We build clear digital systems that take repetitive work off people’s shoulders—so the team has more room to think, lead and do the work that matters.

Three ways we take weight off the business.

01

Websites that
earn trust

Strategy, structure, copy direction, design and build—shaped into a clear, credible digital presence.

02

Automation that carries
the repetition

Enquiries, follow-ups, reminders, handoffs, updates and administration that keep work moving.

03

Ongoing systems
support

Steady improvements and a reliable partner as your business, team and priorities change.

From held together
to built to run.

We look for the pressure points first, then replace avoidable effort with clear ownership and dependable flow.

People keep the judgment.
Systems carry the repetition.

Automation should protect people’s time, not remove people from the work. Relationships, judgment and important decisions stay with the team. The reminders, routing, updates and repeat administration do not have to.

See what the work actually does.

From lettering choice to workshop files.

Boat names and registration lettering need more than a basic contact form. Customers need to see their choices, check the details and place the order.

  1. Choose and preview. Customers set the wording, size, style and vinyl colours on the live site.
  2. Check out. The site validates the order details and opens a live Stripe Checkout session. Payment is required before production files are released.
  3. Prepare for the workshop. The system creates full-size, layered DXF files and is set up to email them with an order summary after a signed paid-payment event.

Live setup, with final production verification still in progress. A complete test-mode payment and webhook passed; the first genuine paid order and workshop file import have not yet been confirmed.

Stop losing the enquiry after someone clicks send.

We fix one route through your existing website so enquiries reach the right person and the next step does not depend on someone remembering it.

Ask about an enquiry fix

One project. No ongoing plan required. We check your current site and tools, then give you a written scope and fixed quote before work starts.

What the job covers

  1. 01
    Find the gap.

Trace one enquiry path from page to inbox and identify where customers or follow-ups can be missed.

  2. 02
    Fix the handoff.

Improve the page’s main enquiry action and connect one form or contact route to the agreed inbox, with a clear confirmation for the customer.

  3. 03
    Add a follow-up.

Set one agreed automatic acknowledgement and one reminder to your team when an enquiry still needs a reply, using compatible tools you already have.

  4. 04
    Test and hand over.

Send test enquiries through the route, check delivery and reminders, then show your team what happens and how to change it.

Any new software, extra enquiry routes or ongoing support are scoped separately before you commit.

Start with the pressure.
Build only what helps.

  1. 01Find the pressure

See where time, attention and momentum are being lost.

  2. 02Map the work

Understand the real steps, handoffs and decisions.

  3. 03Build the system

Create the clearest useful version and put it to work.

  4. 04Improve what matters

Watch how it works in practice and sharpen it over time.

A few useful questions.
